Signs Your Car’s AC Needs Service
- Air isn’t as cold as it used to be, or blows warm
- Weak airflow from the vents
- Musty or unusual smells
- Strange noises when the AC is on
- AC that cycles on and off or works only sometimes
What We Do
An AC system is sealed — if cooling drops, refrigerant is usually escaping through a leak or something else is failing. We check performance, look for leaks and problems with components such as the compressor, condenser, hoses and controls, explain what we find, and give you an estimate before repairing.
Beat the Summer Heat
Don’t wait for the first 95°F day. An early check gets cold air flowing before you need it — and since AC service is a charged service, you can add a free brake inspection too.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common causes include low refrigerant from a leak, a failing compressor, electrical problems or a blocked condenser. A check finds the real reason.
A healthy system doesn’t normally need recharging; if refrigerant is low, there’s usually a leak to find.
Not necessarily — it can be a clogged cabin air filter or blower issue. We’ll check.
